What makes it special:

Patio! The outdoor patio allows for some awesome people watching; 17th Street is usually quite a-bustle. And if the patio is full, there's probably still seating available on the secret indoor patio. (Although it's technically actually called a courtyard, we'll continue to call it a secret indoor patio.)
